The location is great and easy to find - in a more residential neighborhood of Syracuse than a tourist one. The staff was easy to reach and very accessible, and the room was very big and very comfortable.
The bar was a bit limited, but the staff more than made up for it with good service and generosity. It was also a bit difficult to communicate as some of the staff had a very basic level of English and my Italian is also quite basic.

The hotel host was cordial and professional. They allowed me to park my motorcycle for free in their garage. The host was very helpful in finding the hotel's location.
I was hoping for a double bed but ended up with two single beds.

Centrally located within walking distance to public transport. The room felt a bit aged and the bathroom could do with some refurbishment, but for a few nights a good choice of stay. Breakfast was a coffee and pastry at a bar close by. Check-in / out easy and uncomplicated with friendly front of house staff.
Bathroom had a few broken items, but most were fixed on day 2.

The location was good, only 15 minutes the Ortiga Island by foot
The room was small and the airconditioning didn't work the best. We asked breakfast but it was only a croissant. The owner didn't speak english.
