In a beautiful wooded area, just 200m from the lake you can enjoy nature and recover in this tastefully renovated house.
This house is built for 6 people and lies entirely solitary.
The lake Gravlången is very rich in fish, the lake is 11 km long and in its places quite narrow with islands and grounds.
The main consists of the fish of gös, perch and pike.
Amenities downstairs: Living room with stuffed furniture, fireplace, satellite TV and dining area.
Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee machine. One bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms 2 single rooms, toilet and one double room.
The house has large wooden alcove with outdoor furniture and barbecue in a beautiful forest environment. Smokeless indoors. The forest around the farm has good mushrooms and a nature reserve is found in our forest one kilometer north of the farm.
The proximity to Gothenburg 45 minutes away and the coast makes Larsered Gård a great base for fun excursions like Marsstrand, Lysekil, Smögen, Liseberg and Gothenburg.
Possibility of a seafront at the beach to store fishing equipment.
A boat with 8 hp engine can be rented at a price of 300 € per week. boat with 4 hp 250€ per week

Clean and tidy, beds are a little old but still comfortable. The area is very beautiful, especially the lake.The water pressure was the only issue we had, since it had been a dry season and the summerhouse has its own water bore.This was a really small issue though.
