The vibe of the house is amazing and how well thought out the backyard and down stairs are is incredible

We had a great stay at the Sedona! Got married there last year and brought the wedding party back this year to celebrate our anniversary. Highly recommend!

TL:DR VERSION: This is a great space and a welcoming host. Well-furnished and has lots of nooks and enhancements that make it a nice place to stay. After our departure there were substantially charged communications that occurred with the owner after that were only partially grounded; the owner’s communication included some unnecessarily inflammatory accusations/implications invoking DCFS and some bothersome invocation of children being observed outside on security cameras. Some important house safety issues existed that are easily resolvable and I would have let go barring the communication issues but these do merit additional consideration when selecting a space. Overall a regrettable situation for all parties.
