EN8 - Our Enclave Dream is a spacious 3 bedroom, 4 bath townhome that sleeps 9. It has incredible views and convenient mountain access. It’s a short 8-minute walk to Silver Lake Village with its lodge, lifts, restaurants, shopping, and the world renowned Stein Eriksen Hotel and Spa. It is no secret why Deer Valley has been named #1 or #2 ski resort in North America by readers of Ski Magazine! We hope you will enjoy our mid- mountain home and Deer Valley as much as we do.
After a day on the mountain, you’ll want to relax in the hot tub, then whip up a meal in this well stocked kitchen that focuses on the love of food and cooking. You can socialize with your friends and family as they gather around the granite bar with seating for five.
Open to the kitchen is the great room and dining area with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and large windows capturing spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and ski runs. Comfortable sofas and oversized leather wing back chairs surround the wood burning stone fireplace and large flat screen TV. The large round dining table offers seating for nine and sweeping views. Also on this upper level, is a full guest bathroom with shower and a high power portable style AC unit. The three bedrooms have no AC and are on the lower level, which generally stays cool.
Guests will enjoy the large HD flat screen TV with surround sound in the great room, a flat screen TV in each bedroom, and free high speed wireless internet. Master Bedroom One enjoys expansive mountain views from the King bed and dual sinks in the attached bath. The large hot tub is just a few steps off the master bedroom and offers amazing views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains. The second master bedroom also boasts a King bed, views and an attached bathroom with a designer sink and a shower. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk and a private bath. Additional guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

TRANSPORTATION: Hop on Park City`s free shuttle service and it`s only a short ride to Old Town (Main Street), Snow Park Lodge, the St. Regis, the Montage, or Park City or the Canyons ski resorts.
SKI ACCESS: A 5-minute walk to the Silver Lake Express ski lift.
PAYMENTS: Vrbo collects their Service Fee at booking. We (Red Sky Resorts) collect 50% of the reservation total (less Vrbo`s Fee) 48 hours after the booking is made and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days before your check-in date.

Clean, spacious, and well equipped unit in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interaction with the management was seamless. Despite terrible snow condition in Dear Valley, we still had fun exploring the area and relaxing in this nice space.

I reserved this property for a nearby Conference. The property was convenient, clean, and very spacious. A great value.

Our family had a fabulous stay in Deer Valley! It’s absolutely beautiful in the summer! We rode the chairlift at the resort and hiked down, went horseback riding, had lunch at the resort restaurant, and fine dined at Riverhorse in Park City. We also cooked and bbqed at the townhouse. The place was perfect for our needs, perfectly located to what we planned to do. We walked to the resort and enjoyed the views of nature out of the townhouse windows or on the patios when we were home. Communication with the property managers was easy and everything about the place was self-explanatory. It instantly felt like our home away from home.

The view was excellent and and the top floor (kitchen and living & dining area) were superb. They did not have what I would call a master suite but the bedroom was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. They said that the condo slept 9 but it really slept 6 (which we had) comfortably. If you had to move heavy furniture for the sofa bed in the living area that would have been a nuisance.
The property manager was OK but we had asked for early check in since our plane arrived early and we did not get much help and got in a little before 4:00. I was wondering why he did not want us to call him until 2:30 that day but then I realized that I do not think he lived in Deer Valley/Park City. Maybe he did what he could but I think that quite possibly he could have done better. We had some problem with the hot tub. For one thing the top was real heavy because it had torn and water had gotten in and frozen. The property manager said that they had ordered a new top. Well my husband said that they were having the same problem in 2019, so we may have just been told a story. The water in the tub would not heat for a day then my daughter realized that maybe it was because the water was low. She added water and then it began to heat, but it took a couple of days to heat up. We had called the property manager about the tub and then again to say that we had the heat finally working. He had said that the hot pool company that he used had been out. Well there was heavy snow and no tracks outside showing that someone had been there and they would have been able to notice that the water was low.
Another thing that was not a big thing, but I had asked if there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. In recent years, I had brought up shampoo and conditioner for the three bathrooms. The property manager told me that there were dispensers in the bathrooms with the shampoo and conditioner. Well there was that in the bathroom on the top floor which were about 1/3 full and we were not showering in that bathroom. The downstairs bathrooms had no dispensers. Since my husband and I do not ski, we just went to the store the day after we arrived and got some. one other minor thing, as expensive as the place was, I do believe that they could have had a box of kleenex in every bathroom. There was no kleenex at all.
It was real nice that there were Christmas tree lights and ornaments. We got there before Christmas and got a real tree to decorate.
