Hidden among the tropical trees in this royal oasis, the buildings in the Moorish style have colours that harmonize with the landscape.

A fantastic few days in a lovely, quiet complex. A spacious apartment and excellent large balcony giving us everything we need. A few minutes walk to all amenities- we will return!

On the plus side, this property was very convenient for the main 'strip' with shops and restaurants; it was spacious; had a sunny south/west facing balcony which was big enough for three loungers and it had all the kitchen appliances you could need including, usefully, a washing machine.
On the down side, the apartment was accessed through a gate on the road and this was the only way to get to the pool area - by going out on to the road and back in through another gated entrance - not a big issue for us in January but would have been awkward for a family with children wanting to make a lot of use of the pool and have easy access back and forth. This was the same for most apartments in this complex.
The decor was a bit tired and scruffy. We had a problem with the shower head not staying place in the holder which meant we had to hold the shower in one hand. Not ideal. We reported it on our first morning but nothing happened to fix it while we were there.
On balance, it was a the right price for a last minute decision to find some sun in the winter. but would not choose it again.
