Very spacious and clean listing! The location is a quick 10-15 minute drive from the beach and has many places around to spend time at. Great deal too!

Perfect for our beach trip, fit 8 people very comfortably, had plenty of dishes, so close to beaches and Charleston and very affordable considering the area. TV was great

We booked this last minute after we couldn't get into another property. The house itself is nice and beds are comfy. The dirt road to get to it was a little crazy, even though it is right behind route 17 in the main part of Mt. Pleasant.The main issue is that the hot water water has a terrible sulfer smell. My son showered once and the whole home and he smelled terrible. After that, we showered at my parents home near by. We tried contacting the evolve company, but it was a little run around to do so. I assume this issue was due to the thanksgiving holiday. If they fix the hot water smell, this place would be fine for a short stay.
