Something truly rare in Paris, this fully air-conditioned duplex one-bed apartment opposite the cathedral of Notre-Dame consists of a living/dining room and kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, basin and WC and separate laundry room with WC.

Step outside and stroll along the river, virtually at your doorstep. Stop for a moment to admire the stunning gothic architecture of the cathedral and the renovation process. The apartment boasts a sunny split-level terrace overlooking Notre-Dame and the Seine. The building origins are 18th century. Situated on the entrance floor, the bedroom is set back from rue du Petit Pont. The upstairs living room opens onto the beautiful two-level terrace and takes full advantage of the panoramic views facing the Seine and Notre-Dame cathedral. The architectural features are elegant and well-thought out. Furnishings are comfortable - contemporary set against wooden floors and soft green walls. A pull-out sofa bed can also accommodate 2 guests.

It would be difficult to find an apartment with a better view of Notre Dame. The apartment can feel small for a group of 4 though the pictures accurately reflect the apartment setup. The linens and towels were clean and it was great to have a washer and dryer available for our clothes during the hot summer days. The AC was able to keep up with the heat as long as the doors were kept closed. The lower balcony starts to have shade late afternoon and it was consistently comfortable in the evenings and at night, even on the hottest days. When we had a request to be addressed in the apartment, they were quick to offer resolutions and made sure it would be corrected for future visitors. If you're looking for one of the best views on Notre Dame, this is a good find. Especially with the AC.

Lovely view of Notre Dame from the balcony and roofdeck. Laundry was easy to use. Nespresso original pods and supplies were much appreciated. Pull out sofa accomodated two young kids perfectly. Note that it is upstairs and the king bed is downstairs. The air conditioning was a huge bonus during the heatwave. You may have to dump the condensate from time to time but it wasn't a big concern. The property is in a touristy area which has its pros and cons. Many shops, restaurants and major sightseeing attractions as well as the metro and Seine at your doorstep. There is a bar just below and it is loud (police sirens too) so I would recommend bringing a small noise machine which, along with our jet lag, was sufficient to allow sleep. Easy communication and check in experience. Happy we chose this place and will not forget those Notre Dame evening views.

Beautiful location and a lovely space. The apartment was clean. The air conditioning was excellent. I loved the laundry space and the kitchen was well equipped. The contact person helped us resolve an issue with ants. The view is incredible. The stairs were easy to navigate between floors and I loved having two balconies. The apartment is near many amazing restaurants. I had one major issue, noise. There is a night club/bar downstairs. It is open until very early in the morning. On Friday and Saturday, the party lasted until 6:30 am capped off with a drunken chorus singing Brittany Spears at 6:30 am. It was loud even with earplugs. Lastly, the entry to the building smells of sewage. The apartment does not smell at all.
