Ardvar is a charming and very comfortable ground floor property situated in the heart of one of the prettiest villages in the East Neuk of Fife.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Freeview TV
Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . On-road parking. No smoking.. Ardvar is a charming two-bedroom, ground floor property situated right in the centre of the charming fishing village of Crail.
Bright and spacious, cosy and welcoming, Ardvar is in one of the prettiest villages in the East Neuk of Fife. Crail is a fascinating fishing village on the East Neuk of Fife, featuring cobbled streets that tumble down to a tiny harbour protected by cliffs and surrounded by historic cottages. The Harbour Front is a popular destination for ice cream and a stroll to see the fishing boats, as well as for exploring the timeless streets within the village during the summer months when the Crail Food Festival is held. Not forgetting the popular annual Arts and Crafts Festival held in the nearby village of Pittenweem.
As you enter the property you will find a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV and a welcoming Optimyst fireplace. There is a door that leads out to a small patio area found at the rear of the property big enough to sit out and enjoy the long summer evenings. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a folding out dining table that comfortably sits four. Enjoy a good night’s sleep after all of that fresh sea air in one of the two bedrooms, one double and the other a twin.
This is a lovely property in a stunning location, only 90-minute drive from Edinburgh, 10 miles from St Andrews, the Home of Golf, and the famous University where Prince William and Kate met. Alternatively tour the scenic 85-mile drive around the north-eastern coast of the Kingdom of Fife. The popular tourist town of Anstruther is just a few minutes away where you will a fantastic selection of pubs, restaurants and plenty of gift shops. Don’t forget to visit the famous Crail Pottery Workshop for some beautiful local pottery.

Good but small flat for 4 people. Kitchen table very small. Rear patio has a dodgy step up. Accommodation otherwise fine.

I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. I don’t think the photographs do it justice. Fully equipped & great attention to detail. Location is superb, on high street so close to all amenities. Bedrooms at back of property for an excellent nights sleep. There is also a small courtyard at the back which we used a lot as the weather was superb when we visited. We have stayed in a few other rental properties but this is the first to fully appreciate what make their guests comfortable & feel at home. We will hopefully be making a return visit.

This nice @ comfortable holiday let is well equipped, spotless clean and situated in great location right in middle of lovely Crail. We managed to park right outside which was great. People in Crail are so friendly, we visited regularly for many years it was so good to be back.My reason for giving 3 for comfort is all radiators were turned off @ house was cold. We could not get heating to go up past 16 all weekend. Luckily weather improved so it was okay for second two days. We have had cold summer, keep it warm let guests turn it down

We have returned to this property a few times now and find it comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location.
