The house is 9 min driver to Universal Studios. House has a good floor plan.It is 2 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Street parking only. Be aware of street cleaning during the week. Driveway parking is reserved for the ADU in the back.Outdoor patio furniture needs some care. Overall good neighborhood and inside was clean. We would stay again.
