My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay. Bill supplied all that we needed, wagon, towels, chairs to go to the beach which was a 10 minute easy and enjoyable walk. We love walking and 5th Avenue was a 2 minute walk to the shops. Definitely would go back!

Bill, your condo was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Well-stocked with everything one needs. Really appreciated the beach stuff - the little wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool and the patio was the best! It was a really relaxing holiday and your condo made it 100% better!My friend and I plan on returning next year at the same time!

Comfortable apartment in a small complex of 8 units. Great location just off 5th Avenue and short walk to beach. Some aspects a little dated but clean and tidy. Issue with internet (initially notified by owner) was rectified. Overall excellent stay.
