Great location

Let me premise this review by saying this house worked perfectly for what we needed it too. We stayed for a month since we were working on a construction project for City of Sebastian. Overall the house worked great for us. Close to where we were working, spacious and decent amenities. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. Fit a bunch of people in a pinch.
However, If you are looking for a luxurious stay this in not the place. Again, I will reiterate that it did the trick for a bunch of guys working all day and coming home to go to bed. However, updates are in need. Master bathroom sink is coming away from the wall and shower handle control is 30 years old and hard to adjust. All bathrooms are dated. Second upstairs bathroom shower was clogged, plumber called cleared the drain and then clogged again. Bathroom fans are so loud. A/C had some issues and several days we returned to a warm house. Changed the batteries on the thermostat, but still found that holding the temp was a challenge at night. Areas of paint are falling off the ceiling. Multiple pieces of trim on the stairs and heading to the patio fell off or are soft. Screws were sticking up on the patio. Oven had to be turned all the way up to fully heat up meals as the set temp would not provide the right heat. No toaster oven. There is a carpet outside the lower level sliding doors that has to be removed. Completely full of black mold.
