This freshly 754 square foot condo is just steps from the beach, renovated and a corner-unit offering stunning ocean views! Pack up the cooler and head to the beach or lounge by the pool and soak up the serenity that is Kihei Bay Vista.
Relaxing, airy and open, this comfortable unit is great for families and couples alike. Sit on the airy lanai, or enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, an open floor plan, a king bed and walk in closet in the master bedroom!
This condo is on the first floor with just a few stairs leading up to it. The grounds of this charming complex are lush and tropical and offer an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a picnic pavilion and BBQs. This courtyard is central to the complex and is visible from the large lanai attached to this unit.
Kihei Bay Vista is across the street from the beach and is within walking distance to the Whale Sanctuary and Kalepolepo park.
Please Note: The County will be clearing out the gulch behind the complex sometime in Nov 2024- April 2025. There may be intermittent periods of dust and some noise. They will also be installing barrier wall to help reduce dust and noise.

Great room. Air conditioners kept up with the heat. The king size bed was very comfortable. Great views and we could watch the sunset over West Maui hills from the deck or livingroom. Room/kitchen had everything we needed. Ive never before stayed at a place that had such clean well taken care of grills. The maintenance man Edward did such a fantastic job with the grills, pool, etc., Although the room was right next to S Kihei road, proximity to the beach and the view, especially at this price, was wonderful. We would definitely stay in this room again. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Hardwood floors made it easy to keep clean (and sand was easily vacuumed up). There were even beach umbrellas and beach chairs available. We actually spent most of this trip just hanging out in the room, pool, and beach.

Had a great time. The place had everything you need to cook and that was nice.Furniture can be updated, sofa and bed, blinds were broken, could not open the windows in the bedroom because no screen,wall by the patio door falling apart, iron board needs cleaning. The location around had construction and cones all over the place. There was a big lagoon that had nasty water so the view was not as it looks on the picture.
