Spacious rooms with gorgeous hardwood floors and high ceilings. Partial view of harbor from front porch. It is close to nightlife, restaurants, mansions, New York Yacht Club, Golf, Tennis Hall of Fame and public access to the harbor. Nice outdoor courtyard & grill. This property is great for families, business travelers, and large groups in town for weddings.

Wonderful stay. House is clean, well decorated and has everything a family needs ... so well done! Close to all the restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time at Waypoint!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!! Our family used this home as our home base for our daughter's May 30 wedding in Newport, RI. Not only was the house and yard spotless and exactly as described, this host went above and beyond in making the place homey, charming, and comfortable. It is by far the best stocked home we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The host was available and immediately responsive to to any questions we had. We could not have been happier. We loook forard to coming back someday soon for a longer stay.

We had an amazing stay celebrating our 40th birthdays with college friends at this beautiful home! Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the small personal touches made our trip even more special than we imagined. The location was absolutely perfect, and the backyard patio felt like a dream. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! Linda was an incredible host who truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend this home enough!
