In front of the main building - Free parking.
NO-SMOKING in the room.
Violation fine: $350/-, though total costs can exceed $1,500 due to deep cleaning and damage to fabrics, carpets, and the room.

The apartment was perfect for my needs. I stayed 3 nights and never had any issues coming and going. The place was very clean and comfortable. The first night I had an issue with the microwave and the host was very quick to respond and fix the problem.
