The ice maker had an onion in it and a piece of frozen meat. Hot tub was filthy. And the big tub in master bedroom didn’t work.

Fantastic home and incredible views combined with a great location. Highly recommend.

gorgeous location in Tucson foothills. very quiet neighborhood. our 2nd time here actually. perfect for 2 families or say 3-4 very close couples. there is a giant primary suite and 2-3 smaller rooms, so good for kids or if adults work that out. beautiful outdoor deck where you'll be spending most of your time when not in pool. unreal place to watch sunsets. high end grocery store 3 min away but the house feels tucked into the desert. activities such as downtown, authentic mexican restaurants etc are all about 15-20 min away. this house is the perfect home base for southern AZ adventures.

We loved the location and really enjoyed having a hot tub — that was a definite highlight. However, the home itself could benefit from some updates and basic maintenance. Several furnishings and fixtures were either broken or not functioning properly, including the couch, one of the bed frames, the garbage disposal, and the lower section of the fridge, which froze anything placed there. The kitchen was also not well-stocked for cooking, and essentials like paper towels, tissues, and adequate cleaning supplies weren’t provided. Towels were very thin and limited in number, which made things a bit inconvenient. It’s clear this is a full-time VRBO with potential, and with some simple updates and attention to amenities, it could be a truly great stay.
