We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was modern and comfortable. Great views, with a large balcony. Ski bus stop is next to the property. The town and supermarket were a few minutes walk away. Lenny is a great host. If we’re ever back in Söll, would definitely choose to stay again.

An amazing apt, in a very convenient location with super hosts, Lenny was warm, friendly and had loads of knowledge.
Apts were very clean and modern, warm and cosy and very homely.
A 10/15 min walk from village or gondola, great for a warm up in the morning before skiing or a cool down after.
I’ll definitely be back.

Clean appartments and well maintained, but if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation, I wouldn't recommend this place. The main road is very, very close, trucks pass by as if they run through your room, so opening the windows is not an option, and I woke up many times during the night because of the traffic noise. Also, cosy dining is not an option, there is NO dining table! Only a small breakfast bar, too small for more than 2 people to sit at. So if eating out every day is want you are looking for, or eating in front of the tv is what you are used to, this will not be an issue for you, for us it was. And NO dishwasher!
