The Mas is located in the heart of the Esterel Mountains, close to the beaches of CANNES and the famed movie festival, just 10 minutes from the beaches...
This property houses three other units on the first floor. The pool is shared among the four units.
Just a few minutes from the Mandelieu-La Napoule golf course, it’s also very easy to take a trip to Saint-Tropez or to the charming Provençal villages of Fayence, Caillan, or Seillan (classified as “one of the most beautiful villages in France”), and the stunning Verdon Valley, which flows into Lake St. Croix.
For those who love the sea, it’s never far away—with the beaches of Cannes, as well as the beautiful bays of the Golden Corniche of the Esterel Massif.
But tranquility is always guaranteed when you take a stroll along the edge of the infinity pool, where everyone can enjoy the stunning panorama and the surrounding forests in complete peace.
On the same day, depending on your preference, you can relax on a beach by the sea, take a stroll along the shore, or enjoy the many water activities available nearby.
You can also explore the Côte d’Azur by car, train, or boat along the coast, where you can admire the stunning scenery as you pass through Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Menton, and even Italy.
But for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we can also take beautiful day trips to the Massif de l’Esterel—on foot or on horseback—or go boating on Lake Saint Cassien, not far from there.

Stayed for 2 weeks in the two bedroom section of the house. Fantastic views from the balcony and pool. Great pool for relaxing by. Private estate so it felt very secure. 10 mins to Mandelieu and Theole for great beaches and restaurants . Close to Cannes, Frejus, Lac Cassien and up into the hills. Super hosts Maxime and Odile made us all feel very welcome and we will definitely return in the future. Ideal for a family of 4 and the pool is great for little ones.

Authentic house and Cote D'Azur atmosphere hidden in the hills. Lovely hosts Odile and Maxime who provided good tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Next Supermarket and Restaurants are 10 minutes away by car. Was a very relaxing stay and a place to come back.

We stayed for a week in the two-bedroom apartment as a family of four. The swimming pool was a real highlight for the children and very well cared for. The property is situated in the mountains between Cannes and Frejus making it an ideal location for exploring all the wonderful places in the area. A week really was not long enough and we hope to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property between Cannes and Fréjus. Maxine and Odile were very helpful, helping us to find some great activities. The accommodation was well-kept and spacious, with a great view overlooking the valley. The swimming pool is clean and peaceful and the children made great use of it. We look forward to visiting again in the future, thanks Maxine and Odile!
