We rented the houses for guests attending a family wedding, with up to 22 of us staying on any given night. The houses are spacious and well equipped and we were able to park up to six cars behind the houses. The neighborhood is ok - it's in the process of becoming gentrified - but it was always quiet and we always felt safe. Ubers to downtown were just 11 or so each way. Definitely recommend for a large family group, bachelor/bachelorette party, etc.

Overall great property. Plenty of space and amazing yard. Would be a great property for a gathering of friends celebrating something together. Definitely showing some wear and tear but that didn't keep our group from enjoying the space.
