Host was great. Very responsive for whatever we needed. Just wished the pool would have been heated but was a great stay for our family

We needed a space in Peoria where we could have out of town guests stay overnight and have a group of 8-10 meet during the day. This house had exactly what we needed. It had spaces large enough for the group to eat together or sit on the couch and even had alternate spaces for taking a break or splitting off into smaller groups.

The property was very clean and nicely furnished. Labeled kitchen area for smooth meal preps. Nice pool and lounge area. We appreciated the prompt communication from the host. Will definitely stay again!
