Loved the house. Very comfortable. We had issues with the door code a couple of times but they were super quick in getting back to me. As well as maintenance, they came to the house to fix a couple of items and were out quickly. Everyone was super nice. I would recommend this house to everyone! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Overall we liked the beach house and proximity to the beach. The only complaint was we came back from beach on Sunday night and the code on the door was changed and when we called the lady on the phone was unable to help us and after talking with her for 20 min because it was after hours and she told us she could not transfer us to anyone else and she would have someone call us back. No one did and much later I got a text asking if we needed assistance but by then we tried all other codes we were given prior to check in and one of them worked, disappointed by the lack of knowledge on what to do when a key code does not work.

It was a pleasant cottage, but had some mechanical issues-wear and tear. The Kitchen cupboards need a good scrubbing as well as the floors and rugs in the house, especially in the master bedroom. All the decks / porches and outside furniture had a coating of grime that needed power washed. The 1st floor shower/ bathtub water was never hot. Lastly, the pool was clean , but small for a community of this size. In closing, it was a nice property, but could use a little updating and a thorough cleaning for the price you pay.
