Enjoy yourself at the most beautiful resort in Panama City. This gated property is on 110 acres, and is known to have the best security for your family and property, with absolutely every convenience on property It has a lagoon pool that has rocks and waterfalls, four jacuzzis , and two heated pools just off the beach. A nine hole par three golf course intertwines through the property. Relax and enjoy the beach bar and restaurant that are on the site for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy breath taking views of the beach from your 4th floor balcony.The list goes on.

Edgewater boasts more amenities than any other Panama City Beach resort.
NO other PCB resort has an 11,500 square foot lagoon pool laden with lush tropical plants and towering palms. There are three other pools on the property (two of which are heated) and four large hot tubs. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is Ocean's Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bar serves all your favorite drinks until late each evening. If you need pampering, there is a spa and beauty salon on site and exercise room.
On the beach you will find jet ski rentals, parasailing, or you can brave the big banana. Golfers and tennis players need only to walk across the street to EBR's own golf course and tennis courts. Within a couple of miles of the resort you will find Shipwreck Island (a huge waterpark), dinner cruises, Shell Island, night clubs, Gulf World, a state park, sport fishing, and fabulous Pier Park.

We were very pleased with our stay in June. The unit was nicely stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a nice surprise. The unit for our family of 4 perfectly ! We were staying there for a dance competition and also for a vacation. The pool was great and we spent most of our vacation either there or on the beach! I was nicely surprised at how close everything was on the grounds / the resort map made everything seem much farther away. It was also nice to have some restaurants walking distance and a Walmart about a mile away. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this unit to other families.

This condo has everything you need for your vacation plus more. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The tile floors were not properly cleaned before our arrival. Walking barefoot quickly turned our feet black, and even after we mopped the floors ourselves, they still weren’t completely clean. The living room area rug also appears to need a thorough cleaning and a dead bug on the kitchen floor.The other significant issue was the elevator situation. During our stay, the building only had one working elevator, and it was frequently occupied by housekeeping carts since there is no separate service elevator. We were staying on the fourth floor, and by the time the elevator reached us, it was often already full. On checkout day, I ended up carrying all of our luggage down four flights of stairs, making six or seven trips. It took nearly two hours to get everything out by the 10:00 a.m. checkout time.The condo itself was nice, but the cleanliness and elevator issues had a noticeable impact on our experience. We also found that one of the dining table chairs had a loose leg that should be repaired, as it could be a safety hazard.If these issues are addressed, this would be a much better place to stay.
