You can be seating in the balcony and enjoy watching your loved ones swim, sunbathe, play in the sand, etc. The Atlantic Ocean is at a walking distance_ 6-7 minutes front access _ or you can drive the complementary golf car to stroll around and see the splendid sunsets *~
~* It is a 3 floors townhouse, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 4 balconies, full equipped kitchen and electric grill. Sleeps 6 *~
~* 24/7 Gated Community-24/7, with Security Guards. Playground. 2 tennis courts night lighted, a large Tiki-hut -that can be reserved for parties-. Several barbecues around the property. We had a wonderful stay. The home was spacious, well-appointed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent and made it easy to access restaurants, attractions, and everything else in the area.One of our favorite features was the property itself. The grounds were beautiful and made it enjoyable to explore and take walks throughout our stay. The combination of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities made this a great place to relax and unwind.We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway.

This was a beautifully maintained property. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well provisioned. Communication with the host was excellent and timely. There are three levels and 2 marble-type staircases which may be a consideration for some. The golf cart was a great bonus. Our early May visit provided a quiet environment and great views from the 2nd floor balcony of palm trees, the lagoon and pool!
