The villa is within easy reach of several local amenities, with the beach just a 5-minute walk downhill, offering a variety of bars and traditional tavernas. A mini-market is around 15 minutes walking distance, while the resort center can be reached in a 5-minute drive. For more options, larger supermarkets, the island’s capital Argostoli, and the vibrant resort of Skala, with its excellent selection of restaurants and shops, are all just a 30-minute drive away.
