WHAT “LA SIRENA” MEANS
La Sirena means “The Mermaid” in Italian — a nod to the home’s coastal setting and fresh, aquatic feel. Like Venus Bay itself, it’s a place that draws people back to the sea, slower days and a more relaxed rhythm.

La Sirena is spacious and well set up for families, couples, friends and pets.

LIVING & OUTDOOR SPACES
The heart of the home is a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that flows seamlessly onto a large, north-facing timber deck. It’s ideal for morning coffee, long lunches or relaxed evenings, with outdoor seating for up to six plus a dining table and chairs.

Large windows throughout fill the home with natural light. In cooler months, the wood heater creates a cosy and inviting atmosphere, while a newly installed split-system heating and cooling unit keeps the house comfortable year-round, making it an easy place to settle in, whether it’s a sunny summer afternoon or a cosy winter evening by the fire.

Please note: our driveway is unsealed and on an incline, with trees on one side and the house on the other. It adds to the privacy of the property, but parking can be tight for larger 4WDs and it isn’t suitable for boats. There is, however, ample street parking available on Atherton Road.
