This serene and dreamy residence is set in the quiet and classy area above Lia beach at the south-east coast of Mykonos. The villa, impeccably designed and built in authentic Cycladic architecture (minimal aesthetic, cube shaped, flat-roofed, whitewashed walls), offers a sense of escapism. The house is south-facing in a wind sheltered location, allowing stunning views of the Tsagari, Lia and Kalafati beaches. It also offers outstanding views over the islands of Paros, Naxos and the vast Aegean sea.
The villa is located in a gated property of a 4.000 sq. meter plot with two other picturesque villas and offers easy access to two beautiful beaches: Tsagari (350 m), Lia (700 m). Sandy Lia beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos, is fully organized and served, including sun-beds, umbrellas, a scuba diving school and an exquisite beach-restaurant. Tsagari beache is an untouched gem, one of the last quiet and unspoiled beaches, accessible only by a narrow footpath. Kalafati beach (with its water sports facilities) and Kalo Livadi beach (with its famous fun beach restaurants) are only a five minute drive away.
The villa can accommodate up to 8-9 persons in its 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Three of these bedrooms enjoy sea and pool view.
The villa has a spacious open lobby with a stylish yet comfortable living room, including a fireplace, and an elegant dining area. The Myconian style kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
The outside area features a spacious terrace including a large infinity edge swimming pool with its pergola and comfortable sun beds. It also includes a sheltered, pergola-covered veranda with beautiful sitting and dining arrangements for eight persons. There is also private parking space for 4 cars and a generator to prevent unpleasant power cuts.

This is a superb villa in a stand-out setting. The location is on the quiet side of the island, with easy access to idyllic and pristine beaches. Our kids loved the huge swimming pool, and the staff was adorable. Concierge services were top notch and ultra reactive, organising whatever wishes we had while staying there. The owner, Athanasios, is the best of hosts. Thank you from all of us!

This was by far the best vacation ever. I have to say, even before the arrival, I think I exchanged hundreds of emails with the owner of the villa. This trip would not have turned out this way if it wasn’t for him. He helped us with booking the ferry tickets, cars, boat cruise and even hard to get reservations in restaurants. I cannot express enough how much kindness and hospitality we encountered when arriving at the villa in Mykonos. Mr. Athanasios, the owner was at the villa to greet us, together with his wonderful concierge assistant Sophia. The two of them made this trip absolutely wonderful. Sophia was there to help us with whatever we needed, reservations, directions, transport, absolutely every need was taken care of.
Now, the villa itself… absolutely amazing, outside of the business of the town, close to beaches, peaceful – perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. We have stayed there for a week and enjoyed every single day. The villa is equipped in everything you can possibly think of. We would get all our groceries in the local market in Ano Mera and cook wonderful meals ourselves. However, nothing beats our dinner on the second night in Mykonos. We read some of the previous reviews and asked Athanasios if it would be possible to ask the room service lady (Ariadne) to cook us dinner.. Let me tell you, it was an unforgettable feast! She cooked so much food we were eating it for the next 3 days. Everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend doing that if you truly want to taste some traditional Greek dishes!
Overall, we will be coming back. As a matter of fact, couple of our friends are already booking the villa for their next family vacation!
