Modern 2-Bedroom Costa del Sol Flat Overlooking the Pokémouche River 🌊
Welcome to our beautiful Costa del Sol flat, located right on the peaceful and majestic Pokémouche River.
We live here on the property in our home, and we are happy to share this special place with our guests. Our modern 2-bedroom flat is completely set up for you to enjoy, with beautiful river views and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
We truly value our guests' privacy and personal space, and we want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay. While we are nearby if you need anything, we give our guests the privacy they deserve. We simply ask that, as we respect your privacy, you also respect ours. It's a shared property, and we believe in being friendly, respectful, and giving everyone their own space to enjoy. 😊
Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful private dock, complete with a swimming ladder. The Pokémouche River is a wonderful place for kayaking and paddle boarding, or simply sitting by the water and taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Our cedar gazebo is another great place to relax. It has tables and chairs and a wonderful BBQ, making it perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal, having a drink, or spending time relaxing while taking in the river views.
Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway, some time on the water, or simply a place to slow down and enjoy nature, Costa del Sol is a wonderful place to spend some time.
Come relax, enjoy the river, breathe in the fresh air, and experience the beauty of the Pokémouche. We look forward to welcoming you! 🌊🌅😀

Very nice place on the river. Very quiet, easy access to the islands, Caraquet, le Village Historique Acadien. The flat is very nice and comfortable with all commodities needed. We really enjoy the stay. You can swim in the river and even use you paddles. I recommend the place.

We recently stayed at Costa Del Sol and while we didn’t utilize the entire offerings of this listing, we truly enjoyed our stay.
The hosts were very accommodating and the place was clean and quiet, which worked out well for our kids. An added bonus to the place was the air conditioning.
Thank you again for such an enjoyable time!
