Ground-level spacious conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-505 is a beautiful fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, located in the A (middle) building of the complex. The unit is close to the "A" elevator and is in the left corner of the 5th floor. Guests are welcomed to the foyer area which has an enclosed washer and dryer on the right. On the left, there is a guest bedroom with a sound view window. It has a closet and access to a "Jack and Jill" bathroom which connects to the second guest bedroom. This bedroom has a closet, and the window showcases an ocean and poolside/hot-tub view. The kitchen and dining room are open to majestic ocean views coming from the sliding glass doors leading out to the massive covered deck. The large deck with outdoor furniture allows for direct oceanfront and corner poolside/hot tub views. The living room boasts a large ocean and poolside/hot tub view window, as well as an additional ocean view window.

The private master end suite is separate from the other 2 bedrooms. It has 2 oceanfront windows, and a glass door leading out to the oceanfront deck. The large master bathroom has custom tilework and 2 separate sinks. The last bedroom has a sound view window and 2 twin beds. It utilizes the hall bathroom. Fully equipped and updated kitchen features coffee maker, oven, refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and air fryer.

The corner oceanfront location on the 5th floor offers majestic views of the ocean, sound, and largest pool in the :complex. The pool area includes a kiddy pool and hot tub (which is visible from the condo). In addition, the condo is located directly above the Summerwinds restaurant which is open during the summer season. The 5 flat TV's and free WIFI access satisifies the technology appetites of guests. This condo offers vacation perfection!

Amenities Include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 3 Flat Screen TVs, 2 Smart TVs, 1 DVD Player, All TVs have basic cable, Interior Washer/Dryer, Covered Balcony, outdoor decks, deck furniture.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens & Towels Provided! (Weekly stays only) *Linens are not provided for Queen Sleeper Sofa.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
