The place is cute and well located. Lots of ACs to beat the heat. I thought the mattress was great, but the pillows are still flat and the furniture is a chore to sit on. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, it would be so easy to put shelves by the mirror or even a shelf over the toilet. This makes getting ready or doing anything in the bathroom much harder than it should be. Things that have all been mentioned before. The coded doors are easy to use and street parking is not a problem.

The rental was comfortable and very clean. It was also quiet and it met our needs.

Very comfortable. The area generally was somewhat rundown, but the property was well kept up.

Positives: -It was clean. Negatives:-The bed was terrible. My husband and I both agreed it was the worst mattress we’ve ever slept on. -We couldn’t use the driveway. -There’s an RV being rented on the property that wasn’t mentioned (weird). -Window a/c units had trouble keeping up with the heat and were loud if you’re used to central air.
