Summary:
Enjoy everything there is to see in Capitola Village! This is a spacious and cozy apartment in the heart of Capitola Village with a garage for designated parking. Just steps away from the Esplanade and Capitola Beach, this unit is located in the center of all of the local shops, restaurants, beach access, and so much more!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- There is one reserved spot inside the garage. We also provide a parking permit for street parking if you have an additional vehicle.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Small patio w/ outdoor seating & BBQ

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit as well as the garage below the apartment for parking. We provide a parking pass for guests traveling with more than one car.

Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
Getting Around:
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)
Other Things to Note:
- This neighborhood is very lively and on a main road, so there is some traffic noise throughout the day and occasionally at night.
- There is one parking spot in the garage under the unit, but please note it is a very small space and would be hard to maneuver a bigger SUV or truck in this space. We also provide a parking permit and a map to the permitted spaces.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- There are two Smart TV's in the home, however there is no Cable TV
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

Great location!!! Near shops, food and the beach!! Parking wasn’t great. The garage is really small and very difficult to get into because it’s in an alley. Parking on the street isn’t great either but there are spots if you are lucky. Home was very clean and nice!! Just as listed. Had a great time

You cannot beat this location! One street away from the beach, right in the heart of the shopping district. Second floor unit with lots of windows, very modern, comfortable beds, large kitchen, and spotless!

My wife and two daughters (2 and 6) came here the first weekend of June 2026. It was our first stay as a family near the beach. The property really exceeded my expectations! It felt clean and spacious and much more modern than most of the other places we had looked at in that area. It's an easy, short, flat walk to the beach which was excellent for our young kids. As is noted in the listing and other reviews, the parking garage is pretty tight to squeeze into, but I was able to get my RAV4 in without too much trouble, and the dedicated parking space was absolutely essential for a busy summer weekend in Capitola where street parking looked nearly impossible to find. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Capitola.
