The place was perfect for our group of high school seniors on their senior trip! There was always something for them to do when we got back from our scheduled activities. Many of them wished we would have stayed at the house more! There were plenty of supplies for our large group. The host's communication was excellent. I would definitely consider staying there again or recommending it to others.

Great place for down time between basketball games! Lots things for youth to do and lots of room! Inside of house was very clean but was a tad disappointed that the outside gathering areas were unswept and pool was dirty.

Nice neighborhood for families with kids

Starting with the positives, we loved the outdoor area of this property and all the amenities with the nearby lake (kayaks, swimming access, good for walking). The pool was a lot of fun and kept clean. There was plenty of room and it was super nice that there were several full bathrooms for a large group.
However - the kitchen was not well prepared. There were no baking dishes for the oven, no Tupperware, and no garbage disposal OR sink trap. The floors throughout the house had not been mopped for some time and our feet got so gross from day 1. The door handles going to the back porch weren't well installed and came off in our hands. One of the dining chairs was broken when we arrived.
Good house but needs some TLC!
