Luxury Mallorcan country house with swimming pool in Llubi
This beautiful country house is located about 3 km on the outskirts of the town of Llubi, where you will find shops, cafés and restaurants.
The wonderful beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes' drive away, as is the exclusive S'Albufera water reserve.
The charming country house has capacity for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. Modern and luxurious bathrooms.
One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor, two bedrooms and the second bathroom on the upper floor. All rooms have air conditioning.
The house runs on solar energy, for the winter months there is a fireplace available and central heating, which runs on heating oil and will be charged according to consumption at the end of your stay.
Upon entering the house you will find a spacious living-dining room, also in a modern design with flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi / Internet.
Fully equipped kitchen.
On the covered terrace you can spend pleasant evenings and have barbecues or play table tennis.
You can cool off in the 3x6 metre swimming pool and in the garden the sun loungers await you to relax.
For the little ones there is a swing and a trampoline!
A wonderful property that leaves nothing to be desired.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Tolle neue Finca im schicken Bauernhausstil, hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, bequeme Matratzen. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine. Die Finca ist auch für die Übergangszeit (April) geeignet, da sie einen sehr schönen Kamin (inkl. Kaminholz) hat und die Klimaanlagen auch zum Heizen geeignet waren. Wir wurden sehr gut von Mallorca Charme betreut und Buchung, Zahlungsabwicklung bis hin zur Schlüsselentgegennahme hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Grundstück ist riesig und die Aussenanlagen inkl. Pool sehr sinnvoll angelegt. Keine Nachbarn. Für Kinder sind die vielfältigen Spielmöglichkeiten ein Traum. Die Finca wurde bzw. wird 2019 noch vergrössert, so dass bald noch weitere 4 Personen im Anbau wohnen könnten.
Ein Wäschegestell für aussen zum Trocknen der Handtücher wäre noch wünschenswert.
