Everything was clean. Beautiful community, friendly staff, and amazing host at this particular unit. Location is prime and my friends that are locals loved the views from the community.Pool was lovely and large enough that it didn't feel crowded. Beach and Harbor was very easy access.Just be aware, no AC. We were fine with the provided fans. Get the ice cream at the harbor!

We travel to Escondido each year to visit extended family and friends. I was reluctant when my wife suggested this place in Oceanside. However, the condo was the absolute best place we have ever stayed in North County. We already talked about reserving it for our next trip.I was most impressed that everything was very clean, which is a major task when you are next to a sandy beach. I also really appreciate John's patience with us when we got lost. For some reason, we entered a completely wrong address into google but John quickly responded to us and got us going in the right direction. One recommendation to visitors: Use the fans that John has stored in a closet. If you place these by a window, it will bring in the cool Oceanside air each evening. We slept very well.

We had a lovely time staying here. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing spring break. The owners were always quick to communicate. The property was safe and had tons of amenities, right on the beach on both directions. We will be back!

We had a wonderful and memorable time! This place was clean, close to the beach and check in and check out was seamless. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were awesome! We fully enjoyed our time and made lots of lasting memories.with our family. 5 stars!
