Panama City Beach from a penthouse level hits differently. The lake stretches out beyond the glass, the resort hums below, and ten guests have room to breathe, gather, and actually enjoy the same trip together. This is that kind of condo.
Living space
Natural light fills the open-plan living area, where the layout flows easily from the kitchen to the dining table to the sofa. The lake view follows you through the space, and the private balcony is right there when you want it - morning coffee, evening wind-down, or just a moment away from the group. The waterfront position means the view is constant, not incidental.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps 10 across a well-considered mix of bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed with lake views. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer king beds for a restful night's sleep. A dedicated bunk area with a twin-over-twin bunk bed works well for younger guests, and the living room's queen sleeper sofa handles overflow for larger groups comfortably.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Counter space is generous, and the dining table seats the group. There is also a breakfast bar for casual meals with the lake as a backdrop.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms serve the group, each with hot water and shampoo provided. The in-unit washer and dryer, iron, hangers, and bed linens keep longer stays practical. The property participates in a Clean Coverlet Program, so bedding is freshly laundered for every arrival.
Resort amenities
Pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, gym, beach access - the resort's amenities give the group plenty of options beyond the condo itself. The property is waterfront, with beach access nearby. Paid parking is available on premises, and check-in is self-managed via keypad.
Daily attraction tickets
Every day of your stay includes complimentary tickets to Panama City Beach's top local attractions - a sunset and dolphin watch sailing cruise, indoor mini golf, trampoline park admission, WonderWorks, and a Dave and Buster's Power Card. These are included, no extra booking required.
Good to know
Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and smoke alarm are all in place. Long-term stays are welcome. Please note: there is an additional $105 plus tax registration fee charged by the resort, not included in the booking total, and required for parking passes and wristbands.

After carefully narrowing down my search, I came across this listing. Searching through the pictures I felt it was suitable for my family. The accuracy of the space was fair, with lots of room for a large family and the check in process was seamless with consistent communication via text and phone call leading up to my stay. However this condo was filthy. The carpet was stained and smelly and the furniture in the living space was covered in dirt spots and completely beat up. I really hated the fact that the furniture looked like something that was picked up from a garage sale, I prevented my children from even sitting on it and covered it with the extra sheets that were available. The ceilings were high since it was located on the 21st floor, but it needs dusting since the smell of allergens was noticeable. I enjoyed the balcony but the view is of the street and not the beach. Elevators require patience however the swimming pools and gym was really nice.
