A cosy CHALET in wooded IŠKA gorge just 20 km from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
Fully equipped 2-storey house with 2 garden terraces, a balcony and patio, a large garden with barbecue, herbs and flowers, and private parking. Children adore a swing at the beech tree, and adults relax in the deck chairs. Perfect stay for a family, a couple, or friends!
RELAX on the shadow-walking path by the shallow river Iška under the house and dive into a natural pool (tolmun) just 15 minutes away in pristine nature.
EXPERIENCE hiking at Krim* (1107m), cycling or paddling at Ljubljana marshes landscape park, rock climbing at Iški Vintgar*, swimming in the shallow river Iška, and horse riding.

Natasa and Sasa were gracious, generous, welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and share information about their beautiful country. Iska Retreat is such a special spot. Give yourself a few nights so you have time to settle in, relax and enjoy all the seating areas outside. We wished we had more time.

The property is located in the beautiful Iški Vintgar and is surrounded by pristine nature. It allows you to ease your mind and disconnect. The house offers everything you need, is clean and tidy. The owners are very welcoming and do they best to make you feel comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Natasa and Sacha were really nice and helpfull. We will be happy to come back and spend the summer there.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful place. Embedded in an amazing landscape, the house and the huge garden fullfilled every needs (also for young children). And the possibilities to relax and to experience adventures are just endless. Thank you for your kind hospitality!
