Our condo at the Maravilla Complex is designed to offer a relaxing and fun vacation, featuring a brand new heated pool, bubbly hot tub, and a splash pad for endless winter enjoyment!

▸Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, with a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk beds in the living area to accommodate everyone.
▸Modern Conveniences: Enjoy the ease of an in-house washer & dryer, a Smart TV for entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar.
▸Beach Ready: We provide beach towels, chairs, a wheelie cart, an umbrella, and an ice chest for the perfect beach day.
▸Modern Bathroom: Features a tub/shower combination with a sleek granite countertop.

Dive into year-round relaxation. In addition to our new heated pool and splash pad, the complex offers a large resort pool and two spacious hot tubs, perfect for soothing evenings under the stars. Stroll through the beautifully landscaped, tropical grounds and embrace true resort living.

▸Whether you're a couple seeking a romantic winter escape, a family on vacation, or a solo traveler, our condo and excellent amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all.
Important Details for Your Stay
▸Construction Notice: A small, front-of-complex construction project may cause noise on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM. All construction stops by 5 PM.
▸Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly! Please inform us of the type and weight of your dog(s) for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for up to two dogs, each weighing 35 pounds or less. Failure to pay the pet fee is a violation of our house rules and may result in a canceled reservation without a refund.
▸Parking: On-site covered and uncovered parking is available for a fee of $10.00 per car, per day, plus tax. The office does not accept cash. Parking fees are capped at $70.00 for stays up to 30 days. Trailers are permitted during special event weekends for the same rate as cars.

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was perfect. The only downfall we had was we never received a beach umbrella. We reached out & was told we’d get one and it never showed up.
