Nestled in the quaint fishing village of Princeton by the Sea, just a mile north of Half Moon Bay, this stunning property is the perfect destination for your next coastal retreat. The two-bedroom, one sofa bed, two-bathroom beautiful space sleeps up to 5-6 people and features spectacular views of Pillar Point Harbor and Half Moon Bay throughout the common areas and bedrooms. This is the ultimate coastal luxury, featuring modern appliances and an open floor through all the common areas.
Each of the two bedrooms is on the same floor and has 1 King bed per room. In the common area, there is a sofa that turns into a bed. The property sleeps a maximum of six people.
There is no elevator, and the living areas are up one or two levels from the ground level. In some of the photos, a decorative ladder is visible. However, the ladder is not accessible to guests and is blocked off. We have regular staircases between the first, second, and third levels.
Like many properties on the Half Moon Bay coast and SF area, the house does not have air conditioning.

The location was amazing! The living room & patio furnishings in the listing do not match the house. We stayed 2 weeks while recovering from surgery. The refrigerator alarm repeatedly went off for temp fault & filter replacement. The view was perfect, but the deck only had a love seat & no patio table(s) this is the best feature of the house & definitely needs more seating (as shown in the listing). The bedroom TV’s had an error message, and could not connect. The living room couch was a pull out (we did not use) but was not comfortable to sit on, the sectional parts kept separating.There was a really gross stained couch in the garage game room, not a pleasant welcoming entrance.The last recommendation is some sort of rug in the kitchen & living room - you can here every step on the wood floors in the bedrooms below. You will love this place. We enjoyed how clean it was, great amenities, wonderful view and within walking distance of restaurants. We will be returning for sure.

Great spot, we loved getting to know this little corner of half moon bay. House was very clean with nice views and walkable to local shops and restaurants.
