The PORT PUDDEMIN apartment building, with a total of 9 apartments, is situated on a well-maintained, 1,500 m² lawn, right on the small sports harbor in Puddemin. The small town of Puddemin, with its picturesque marina and fishing harbor, is located in the quiet southern part of the island of Rügen. A well-maintained bike path connected to the “RügenRundTour” runs right past the house.

Starting in April, the on-site restaurant will reopen under new management. Grocery shopping is available in the town of Garz, 5 km away. An idyllic swimming spot with a grassy/sandy beach can be found in Palmer Ort, 8 km away. The Baltic Sea beaches in Binz and Göhren are each 25 km away. The Schloss Karnitz Golf Center (10 km away) features an 18-hole and a 9-hole course.
