Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Welcome to "Sand Dollar!" This property was just purchased, and I cannot wait to share it with you! Sleeps 9 guests and includes 4 bunks.
Are you a boater and want to bring it on your stay? There is plenty of room in the driveway, and the nearest boat ramp is 2 minutes away!
The closest beach is a 4.5 minute drive to the heart of Ocean Isle.
As you walk into the home, you will be greeted by a large foyer that has a pub style game table for your puzzles and games. To the left is the "master retreat;" did someone say "soaker tub!?" It's large to enjoy a relaxing soak with a glass of wine. The family room offers a large screen TV over the mantel and huge sectional. In the dining room and kitchen area you will find an inviting fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry. Down the hall you will find the full size washer & dryer along with the Queen bedroom and bunk room which share a connecting full bathroom.
On the back porch, enjoy the sounds of wildlife with a margarita before you hit up Ocean Isle for dinner.
I cannot wait to share this home with you!
Pet Fee:
The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

Great stay and great host

We had a terrific stay! The house is spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The private yard and high-quality TVs were highlights, though mounting the living room TV lower closer to the fireplace mantel would improve the viewing angle. The master bed was great with soft sheets, but the furniture in the living and dining areas, along with the second bedroom mattress (you hear the springs popping through the night), are all quite worn and lack any support. Especially the couch - it really is past useful life so a new firmer L-shaped sofa with some support, would really level up the comfort. We also suggest warmer softer light bulbs in the kitchen and dining chandelier (harsh lights to look at). Lastly, replacement would be nice for the broken items in the garage - the bikes, beach chairs & umbrella. A newer cleaner grill may have made us feel we could use it. Despite these details, the house is wonderful and you won’t find a better host. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was convenient, the only surprise was how much the house smelled like smoke/skunk for a non-smoking property.
