Great host and property. The location could be better identified. Great access to downtown Falmouth.

I would highly recommend this home for a family gathering or meeting up with a group of friends. The home was spotless! There was plenty of seating for everyone, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home was conveniently located for exploring Falmouth or taking the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

The Sea Captain's Home was the perfect place for our small staff to gather for a few days of retreat. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's not easy finding a reasonably priced property with six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and we were blessed to find this home in Falmouth. The location was ideal and was only a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach.

We had a family reunion and 75 Locust Street was the central hub of the four night stay. The house is beautiful, clean and we had family from all over stay there. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Easy access to downtown and the hosts were communicative and informative.
