This is the life! Enjoy ocean and river views from this recently updated, well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at Sandpoint Condominium. Located on the 6th floor, this unit features an updated kitchen in the heart of the home with all new cabinets, countertops, appliances and breakfast bar with seating. The spacious living area is light and bright with a sliding glass door to the private balcony and is complete with a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space, a TV and ceiling fan. The dining area hosts a table and four chairs all with great views! East to West the main bedroom features ocean and river views as well as a king bed, TV and full private bath. The guest room includes a queen bed, and twin trundle bed and river views. The guest bath has been completely renovated with new tile, cabinet and shower. A new full-size washer and dryer is also in unit for your convenience. This unit is fully equipped with all linens, towels, cookware, etc.
Great Daytona Beach Shores location close to grocery stores, restaurants and bridges to mainland. We would love set you up in this beautiful condominium for your next vacation!
Please note: *** BALCONY RESTORATION STARTING*** Crews preparing for work starting on June 13 - NO BALCONY ACCESS after June 22nd ** Large balcony furniture will be stored inside unit. Work is suspended July 2 - 12 for the July 4 holiday. All other areas of the building will be open to enjoy.
They are starting on the North & West sides of the building for the remainder of 2026. This unit is located on the northwest corner. Much of the work will include drilling and jack hammering - you will here extremely loud noise despite the location of the work.
Crews work 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday. Typically they do not work on Saturday and Sunday. If you are active - out and about, spending the day at the beach, taking day trips, etc. this may not be an issue. If you plan to spend a lot of time inside the unit during work hours it will be very intrusive.
*** Please ask for an update as we are always happy to confirm details at the time of your booking.
Due to this, there is limited on site parking. Each unit is allowed only one car on site. This unit has one reserved spot in the garage. Guest may obtain an extra parking pass from building management for a public parking lot across the street.
Pool and beach access are open and all is well!. Pool hours are 8 AM - Dusk.
This Unit is located within a Condominium Property that is subject to Chapter 718, F.S (The Florida Condominium Act), the Declaration of Condominium of Sandpoint, A Condominium, and the Rules and Regulations, including pet and other use restrictions, adopted by the Association’s Board from time to time.

Had a great and comfortable stay here! Ashley did a great job providing information about the property before the stay and answering any questions during our stay. The condo was very comfortable and spacious which was great. There was some damage on the balcony but we were still able to go out there, relax, and see the ocean and beach, plus some of the river too! Very quiet place to stay and loved being able to spread out for several nights. The location Definitely would consider if we are back in the area staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 kids so we did have to put up some glass decorations upon arriving to ensure nothing was broken. you do need keys for every entrance, to and from the pool, beach, garage and main entrance. It felt secure, but the entrance from the beach to the pool was difficult and stuck most of the time. Several other entrances to the main building were at times difficult to open, but we managed. We loved the chairs and pool toys that were available and made packing much easier. The beach was nice and not as congested as it was closer to the bandshell. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
