Discover the comfortable semi-detached house 16V3 by AlgarveManta, located just 2 minutes walking distance from the stunning Lota Beach, in one of the most tranquil areas of the Eastern Algarve, between Manta Rota and Altura. This spacious 120m² accommodation is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for relaxing holidays by the sea, with capacity for 6 people.
The accommodation has 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a suite with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each, all with built-in wardrobes. It has 3 bathrooms — two with shower and one with bathtub — ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. One of the rooms also benefits from an east-facing balcony. In the attic, there is a terrace with the total area of the house and a fantastic sea view, perfect for enjoying the sunset or relaxing at the end of the day.
The interior of the dwelling was carefully designed to offer comfort and functionality. The fully equipped American kitchen includes a combined refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as all necessary utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living and dining room has direct access to the exterior and the pool, being ideal for social moments. The accommodation also offers air conditioning in all spaces, central heating, three televisions and free Wi-Fi.
The outdoor space maximizes outdoor living, with a private west-facing pool, sun loungers for relaxing, and a covered area with an awning, equipped with a table, chairs, and barbecue for outdoor meals. An additional 20m² terrace with garden furniture provides more space to enjoy the Algarve climate. The house also has private parking for up to 2 vehicles within the property.
Strategically located, the housing is about 100 meters from Lota Beach, with easy access via a wooden pedestrian walkway. Nearby, there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, ATMs, and other services, all accessible on foot. Points of interest such as Ria Formosa Natural Park are 1 km away, and golf courses like Quinta da Ria and Monte Rei are just a few kilometers away. The train station and bus stop in Vila Nova de Cacela are also nearby.

We had a great stay for a week in February. Being a family of five with friends nearby, the size of the house (very spacious) was great. The three bedrooms located next to each other on the first floor made a great frame for us.
The area is quite dead in winter, but there is a local supermarket 10-15 minutes away by food and we took an uber (they are quite cheap; about €5 to the supermarket and €60 from the airport) to the bigger supermarket when grocery shopping for more.
Only two minor things worth mentioning;
1) the day before departure we received an email telling us to deliver the key upon departure at the office, which is 5 minutes away by car. We thought we could leave it in the key box outside, so we had to alter our plans a bit that very early morning on the way to the airport. It would have been nice with an earlier warning of this.
2) being a neurodivergent family, we a quite sound sensitive and hard surfaces like tiles and glass are not very sound absourcing, so we were a bit challenged at times being together all of us. But this is a common problem everywhere, especially in rental places in warm climates, so we were prepared for this. And it just made us appreciate the rooftop, balcony and pool area even more as we could spread out easily.
15 minutes (by car) away is a ferry going to Spain. We did a trip and loved the city on the other side, so a recommendation for this. Notice when the ferry stops for the day, as uber isn’t available returning.

We really enjoyed our stay in your villa. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the area. It is a nice quiet town. One suggestion-that you provide hand soap in the main floor bathroom.

Excellent house with everything you need. The location is great, very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk. Great swimming pool.
