Recently renovated and beautifully appointed, Coastal Escape 6 is the perfect setting for your next family beach vacation. Located in the tranquil Avian Forest community, this spacious home offers a peaceful retreat just 1.5 miles from the pristine beaches of Litchfield, close enough to enjoy the coast every day, yet tucked away from the crowds.
Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this inviting property features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families or two groups traveling together. Bedding accommodations include one King bed, one Double bed, two Queen beds, and a bunk with two Twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests.

Bedroom 1 (master): 1 King w/ private bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 Double and 1 bunk bed (2 Twins) w/ access to hall bathroom
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen
Jack + Jill bathroom
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen
The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze, complete with a full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, and washer/dryer. Whether you are cooking a big breakfast or winding down with a home cooked dinner, everything you need is at your fingertips.
Enjoy downtime in the cozy living area or relax on the screened in porch with your favorite book. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV in the living room and all bedrooms, so everyone can stay entertained and connected.
As a guest of Coastal Escape 6, you will have access to the Avian Forest community pool just steps away, as well as the Litchfield By the Sea amenities, which include beach access, walking trails, and scenic outdoor spaces perfect for family fun and exploration. The unit is very nice. Well decorated, clean, modern. Much more than you’d expect for a rental. Very pleasantly surprised. The location is great as well. The only complaint is the rental agency does not respond to any emails. Like at all. Could we have called? Sure. But we sent 4-6 different emails with easy basic questions about beach access etc and they just do not read or respond to emails. Simple fix. Again the unit is perfect though, definitely recommend.
