Come relax in this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that has recently been totally updated with brand new kitchen, both bathrooms remodeled, and brand new furniture and linens! The beautiful upkept complex at Point East is located directly on the beach and in the no drive zone beach. The complex is directly beside 27th ave park with a great kid's park, basketball courts, and racquetball court. Great Place - Just need TV/Internet Fixed. The condo was great in a good location. Not much of a view of the beach, but you see it plenty while there. The only issue was daily fight with the internet. It was hit or miss if it stayed online. Worked with the rental agency the whole week and still didn't work well when we left. This is both our personal devices and those in the condo that only run internet like the 3rd bedroom TV. It would go out all the time.
