The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.
Lobby door unlocks with a code See check-in instructions.
Unit door unlocks with a passcode. See check-in instructions.
We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.
Check in is at 3.00 pm and after
Check out is at 11.00 am or before. South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami.

The acces to restaurants, shops, parks, and specially the beach were outstanding, Luis helped a lot with directions, accommodations, parking, he kept in contact for any questions. Really an unforgetable experience with my kids.

My wife and I stayed for a full week and it was perfect. Great communication, simple logistics getting in the building, access to the beach, etc. Great location!! We would book again in a minute!Ed and Heather Kelly

Great communication from the host. Great location and quiet place. Air conditioning unit is a bit loud. Pictures make the place look a bit bigger than it is. 3s a crowd.
