In my luxury vacation rental “Duhnenblick,” which is equipped with all the amenities, you’ll stay in a 2-room duplex apartment that sleeps up to 5 people and offers 62 m² of living space. On the 4th floor, you’ll find a large, bright living-sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a 55-inch OLED TV. Here, you can comfortably handle all your work-from-home tasks or enjoy a wide range of multimedia options like Netflix, Disney+, or Bundesliga soccer on Sky WOW. Of course, a PS5 with plenty of pre-installed games is included, as are good old-fashioned board and card games.

From the separate dining area, which seats up to 5 people, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, and a fully automatic coffee machine.

On this level, you’ll also find a large furnished balcony with a partial view of the North Sea, a separate guest restroom, and a storage room. From the southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun from midday until late in the evening, along with the time and leisure to read a good book.

The open-concept loft level features a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a 55-inch UHD flat-screen TV with full multimedia capabilities, a large shower room, and a second bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm box-spring beds—which can also be pushed together—and a 40-inch TV.

You’ll feel completely at home in this luxury vacation apartment. You’ll have your own DSL 50/10 Mbit/s internet connection at your disposal.

You’ll find a free parking space with its own wallbox in the underground garage. I look forward to welcoming you! A fee of 30.00 € applies for a one-week stay. Each additional week or portion thereof—even if it’s just one extra day—will be charged an additional 15.00 €.



The Hohe Lith Residence, comprising four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
