Place was spacious and as described. Close to the beach and Boardwalk. The only issue was lack of comforters/blankets. Of course we were prepared with sheets for each room- but it was a cold weekend and there were no blankets in the house- we weren’t prepared for that. Otherwise all good!

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. Everything was better than I imagined. The place was nice and spacious. The inside was up to date and very clean. The owner was very friendly and the parking was great too.

Initial walk in to the home you get the strong smell of Fabuloso but the floors were filthy so don’t walk around in socks, they will be black in minutes. The home is in need of lots of TLC with paint, replacing vent covers and a real good clean. Blind in the one bedroom was broke along with the knob to open the window. A chair on the deck was also broke. We were without hot water for 2 1/2 days so cold showers or using public shower on the boardwalk were our options. Both of which are VERY uncomfortable. The faucet in the upstairs shower is very wonky. Yes the owner did refund us one night, but I don’t feel like that is sufficient. I am not one to write a bad review but at this point I am furious. I rented this property on reviews and feel like I was mislead especially for what I paid to rent this property. The property is in a great location though and I will say that the owner does immediately respond to texts and seems to be very nice but renter beware on the actual property.
