This 2nd story loft, located in the heart of Downtown Excelsior Springs has beautiful views of the historic area! Overlooking shops, restaurants, bars, and spas on Broadway! (There is a store and small event space below the Loft.)5 min drive to the elms We have everything you need for the perfect stay along with a shop and restaurant guide so you can experience Excelsior Springs like a local! We loved the place and it was spacious, the pics tell the story of the modern renovation that retained the old charm, well thought out (games, sitting areas, TVs, bedrooms) and very welcoming. It’s the small things like a Brita in the fridge (tap water in Excelisor is quite good), coffee Kcups, fun coffee mugs, a well stocked kitchen, etc…that tells you about the care that goes into the rental. It’s centrally located downtown and relaxing. We truly enjoyed the time there!

Such a beautiful and historic condo in the heart of town. Roomy and well appointed. Great for girl trip or family. I loved the large open space, huge windows and high ceilings! Bedrooms were awesome and more than comfortable. Owner wonderful to work with!

Great property for the bridal party to stay at for our daughters wedding at the Ridge Event Venue in Richmond! Host was quick to reply to any questions. Great space for several people!

I rented this property for a reunion with a group of girl friends. We do this annually. This was the best place we have ever stayed. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. Rooms were large and airy. The kitchen was well furnished and the living room had lot of space for us to hang out. The location is ideal. A great coffee shop across the street, great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet location.The host is very responsive, responding quickly to any questions and providing us with anything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.
