The property is located within a condominium complex, which offered a good level of safety. The staff on-site were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, some of the shared amenities, such as the gym and steam room, were poorly maintained and did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment for me and my family was the lack of essential items like bed linen and towels, which were not provided by the owner or rental company. This important detail was not disclosed prior to our booking. For international travelers, this is a significant inconvenience. While the property manager eventually supplied linen and towel kits for the three bedrooms upon request, the additional fee charged for them was unreasonably high. Communication throughout the booking process was confusing and frustrating. Although I made the reservation through Expedia, I found myself having to deal with both VRBO and the rental company directly, which complicated things further. Overall, while the property had some positive aspects, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unexpected charges mean I can only rate this experience as average.
