BRAND NEW beds and mattress's (and of course linens)
BRAND NEW leather couches (pull out queen size sofa sleeper), kitchen table, TV etc. You name it, it's new!

BEDROOM 1 - 2 Queen Beds
Living Room - 1 Couch and floor mattress
Guest Access:
Access will be provided 1 hour prior to your reservation starting.

Getting Around:
You will be staying in the famous Lincoln Park neighborhood which is the hottest neighborhood in Chicago right now and for good reason. It's bustling with business which means there are literally over 100 bars, restaurants, breakfast spots, coffee shops, pizza joints (Chicago knows it's pizza) and late night places to grub all RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR!
You'll have access to all of Chicago with the Brown Line EL (train system) stop less than 1 block away and it only costs $2.25!
If Uber is your thing, you're not far from anything in the city so most rides are less than $10.

My family of 6 needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while traveling through Chicago on our way back home from vacation. Our priorities were safety/location (since we anticipated we would be out at night), enough sleeping accommodations, and price. Dan's place was the perfect combination of all 3 of these areas. Choose this listing if you are looking for something similar. This is a basic, almost barebones, minimalistic unit, although the mattresses were wonderful. Kitchen was sparse, but there is a coffee maker, some dishes, and a few utensils. Thankfully, A/C was blowing cold when we arrived which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding parking, but be prepared to possibly walk a couple blocks. Stairs into the 3rd floor unit were steep in case you have mobility issues. Location is ideal- striking distance to Lou's, Pequod's, and plenty of other restaurants. Communication and check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Nice spot in a great location. Hosts were very responsive to our messages and communication was clear before, during, and after our stay. We would happily stay here again!

This 1 bedroom apt is in a convenient Chicago location & is a good value. But it is also needs some maintenance & is very sparsely furnished. For example no railings leading up tricky stairs to the 3rd floor, lights not working, the only plates in the apt were 5 scratched up, bendable plastics ones, … This isn’t acceptable, regardless of the price.
