We enjoyed everything about this properties location. It had beautiful views of the ocean and it’s so close you can hear the waves from the balcony! An easy walk through the well kept gardens, past the pool and across the dunes brings you to a gorgeous, non crowded beach with a lifeguard for extra safety. The parking was easy with plenty of space!The condo itself is spacious and well appointed. Floor to ceiling mirrors reflect the light from the large sliding doors leading to the balcony. The floor is tiled throughout with some area rugs. The beds and furniture were all comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen had a few issues including a dishwasher that did not clean the pre-rinsed dishes we placed inside. We even found glasses with lipstick from the previous guests. I hand washed all dishes prior to using. Also, the ice dispenser on the refrigerator door did not work.Finally, the bathrooms: they were both large but really need a refresh! The master had a very old jetted tub that did not drain. A 5 min shower left me standing in 3-4 inches of dirty water. The shower curtain has an obvious lines of mildew along the bottom 5 inches, indicating this is an ongoing problem! (See pics) Also, the shower heads in both bathrooms shot water in all directions. The faucets in bathrooms and kitchen are old and corroded. I would definitely love to stay at Captains Walk again, but not in this unit unless the bathrooms receive an update!

We had a great stay at Jack’s condo. The location was convenient, the view was beautiful, and the unit was decently stocked. One thing that would be helpful for future guests is knowing that there are beach supplies stored in the closet of the second bedroom -we didn’t discover them until later in our stay. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we’d happily stay again.

couch was uncomfortable. We could not get shower light to work in the smaller bathroom. Fridge water filter needs to be replaced. smelled like a pet odor in the living and dinette areas.
